note - as i have said before, i fully approve killing of mass murderer osama bin laden. but this is not about that.

we were told, that after an elaborate decision making process; under the supervision of barack obama; excellent specimens of america's professional military and intelligence, secretly entered pakistan armed with latest military hardware and best intelligence; attacked a security compound/luxury mansion of osama bin laden; heroically fought and killed 2 of his guards; killed ak-47 wielding osama, who used his wife as a human shield; avoided another 'black hawks down' by destroying their own shot at helicopter, and got back to safety with body and computer hard drives etc..

hmmm... wonder what old george would say to reality that is emerging through the hypocrisy and lies.

it seems that obambi ordered a group of testosterone injected american thugs, known as navy seals, armed with the overwhelming firepower and armor, to follow a few sneaky cia spies. these then, invaded pakistan (definitely committing a war crime in the process); entered an unguarded dirty house with lots of cows and goats; killed 2 unarmed men and a woman (or 3 unarmed men); shot another woman who was not a human shield in leg; traumatized some very young children; executed osama after he surrendered; panicked when yet another shoddy specimen of american industry, a helicopter broke down without anyone even kicking it; crowded into other helicopter in fear and ran away without taking surviving osama family as planned.

these sort of lies to bolster, non existent professionalism and heroism, and hide, very real cowardice and brutality, of western military forces are nothing new. among many more, we had the jessica lynch incident during invasion of iraq, and we had numerous cases of westerners killing every non westerner on sight whenever they heard a bomb go off or shot fired in iraq, bombing on alleged targets in civilian neighborhoods from 35,000 ft in the air in afghanistan, serbia and now libya, etc..

in contrast, we, sri lankans, were told by the same west that we were not only unheroic but criminal to fight and defeat (even with our minimal resources) against a well armed (through funds collected in west ) tamil tiger murderers and suicide bombers led by big pussy velupillai prabhakaran. west wanted us to appease the tigers and submit to daily killing and maiming of our children. (you see, we are subhumans; we unlike west after 9/11 don't need to resist monthly equivalents in colombo and elsewhere.) even now we are told, by westerns tools (like united nations, amnesty international , human rights watch , etc, who are yet to seriously criticize or investigate western military actions) that alleged deaths, among very real human shields used by tamil tigers, from accidents, and even of tiger leaders, amount to war crimes on our part. our concerns are never addressed and we are denied just and equal treatment.

we should resist these unjust attempts at rewriting history to west's benefit and our detriment, by sticking to and exposing facts, relentlessly.

what i find most contemptible and despicable is the attitude of certain sri lankans who unquestioningly believe these lies from west. some of this foolish credulity may be due to the fact that they and their families depend on western funded ngos. but i think some of them were bred into such servility through several generations of willing slavery.

in the sri lankan blogosphere, this kind of thing is observable among others in indi samarajiva (indi.ca and padashow.wordpress) and sanjana hattotuwa (groundviews, moju, etc..) and their suckerboys. both want sri lanka to submit to western tools' 'judgment' and fail to even address or recognize the blatant injustice and inequality involved.

they happily welcome west's attempts at resource grabs (as in libya). if they blame west, it is always in past tense. so bush gets lot of abuse, but obama is good even though he is doing exactly what bush did with lot more hypocrisy. indi is on record, saying that west is 'more civilized' and has our best interest in mind, and seriously regretting that sri lanka does not have a 'barackian' administration, etc.. in fact i can fill several posts with on record ass licking of these two alone (i might some day).

iow, their willing servility and credulity, induced by cupidity, lead them to live in a fantasy world, where west is heroic and morally superior.

let us continue to expose and laugh at them, though they will continue to censor (while hypocritically preaching freedom of expression) any attempts to point out, their and their western masters', errors and lies, in their blogs.

few quick thoughts on election results

i have been updating my election result post (where everything one needs to know is presented in one page) as results come in. remaining results will be updated as they become available. hopefully thousands of visitors there, both yesterday and today so far, did find it useful.

as of now according to reasonable speculation (find the full calculation here) upfa is going to get 143+ seats.

results are in line with what i expected before the polls.

ppl have spoken, in a turnout that is high relative to any other democracy (unsupported claims of low turnout comes from losers and/or ppl with pro terrorist agendas). it is now up to all those who respect democracy to accept it and work accordingly.

results are yet another indication that sri lankans are embracing and endorsing the new independent, proud, confident, sri lankan identity and mindset which started to assert itself felt few years ago, with enthusiasm.

they are definitely rejecting, appeasement driven peacenik, dependent on west , subservient attitudes of born slaves here.

as i said several times before, if unp (which did not win even one district) wants to be credible, it has to embrace the new sri lakan reality and attitudes instead of attitudes of a few ppl in colombo. it must publicly dump both policies and ppl who advocated appeasement of terrorists (note both). with a new leadership, it must show that it is sincerely appreciative of glorious victory over terrorists which ensured human rights, freedom, democracy and justice (not to mention physical safety) for all sri lankans. it can differentiate itself from, vaguely left of center upfa, through economic policies, if unp start advocating free markets and private enterprise.

meanwhile the results of the outraged 'aesthetic' senses of that fringe of sri lankan society, the narrow minded slavish english thinking pseudo elite of colombo (which however provide a large number, and until recently constituted a majority,of sl bloggers) will be entertaining to read and watch. sanjana hattotuwa's groundviews for example, has already started vomiting. lol.

jvp's lankatruth & sanjana hattotuwa's groundviews caught promoting a false 'news' story to attack sri lanka & prez

jvp/sarath fonseka run lankatruth and terrorist parroting sanjana hattotuwa's groundviews were promoting a false completely made up 'news' story within last 24 hours.

it slandered both the president and sri lanka, branding both as racists through a made up qoute maliciously attributed to president. this propaganda was taken up and spread further by tamil tiger terrorist supporters in foreign countries.

clearly the intention was to damage sri lanka in general and president mahinda rajapaksa in particular.

note the timing too; weekend (in fact saturday) before election, meaning, their aim was to get the story on sunday and monday newspapers and other media here and in foreign countries. that way government will not have time to correct it if it was picked up by 'mainstream' news institutions. we will see how many such institutions will repeat such an obvious lie without fact checking. fact check can easily be done and require only a video of president's jaffna speech (and a translator).

actions of the 2 websites will not be a surprise to those who know their history. sanjana hattotuwa has a long history of parroting terrorists after all (he had to delete groundviews predecessor moju bc it was so full of pro terrorist promotions and statements, from terrorist fronts like now internationally banned tro). he also arbitrarily censors corrections and criticisms of lies published in groundviews. everyone knows that no credibility can be placed on so called lankatruth which is closely associated with once terrorist jvp and some ppl arrested and released on bail (not to mention sarath fonseka). both websites actively participated in anti sri lanka slander mongering on january 27th.

now that truth is coming out, groundviews is trying to reverse its own words, we will see how far they will go. will they go so far as to delete own words? i have and will document the actions of these despicable liars. anyone interested pl do the same.

we will also check whether any of the so called real 'journalists' are sloppy and moronic enough to repeat this lie. so far nobody has, as far as i can see.

today is easter (btw happy easter!) and i have various obligations, so will write a detailed post (with screen-shots etc.) if necessary (in some cases it is not wise to give publicity to lies immediately) tomorrow or later. i will certainly write some time.

anyway as i always say, remember to ask for sources and verify through independent channels before you believe anything, esp when stories originates from such criminally habitual liars like the two mentioned.

a questionnaire for pro westerners in sri lanka

these queries will separate independent rational sri lankan pro westerners living in reality from pro western unthinking slaves living in fantasy world.

do you think it is legitimate for some western governments to interfere is sri lanka on any ground?

good examples (among many) for such interference are uk minister david millband's attempts at interference here; his attempt to force sri lanka to declare a ceasefire during last stages of fight against terrorists, which would have saved tamil tiger ltte terrorist murderers, his continued patronage of racists in tamil diaspora such as global tamil forum.

is that acceptable to you? even though such a ceasefire would have been totally against interests of sri lankans, and would have allowed terrorists to keep on depriving sri lankans their rights, justice, freedom, and democracy, not to mention lives? even though plans of racists at global tamil forum, if unchecked, would end in sri lankan deaths ?

what do you think motivate ppl like miliband to interfere here? good intentions on our behalf? or purely short term selfish motives, such as pandering to racists in uk tamil voters in the case of david miliband ?

even if such interference is in good faith, made under the impression that they know what is good for us (lol), isn't it still a violation of our political rights as members of a democracy? should we not also object to such presumption on their part ?

or,
do you deny existence of interference and call them merely conspiracy theories propagated by present sri lankan government? in spite of factual evidence for such interference as in david miliband's visit and statements ?

do you object to and denigrate, sri lankan government and others aggressively exposing, objecting to, and countering, any such interference? why? is it not our right to do so?

on the other hand,
if you do object to such interference should you not not make it clear by expressing it and supporting others who are objecting ? did you stay silent and ignore such interference? why?

finally,
do you agree that pro westerners in sri lanka should confine themselves to propagation of ideals (of various western ideologies they happen to espouse) and culture? do you agree that ppl who go beyond that and support and justify particular western governments and individuals when they interfere here should be called their slaves? why not?

for instance, it is very admirable to defend human rights, but it is despicable to support some foreign gov that try force us to obey what they consider right, esp so when we know what they advocate will lead to violation of human rights here.

answers of ppl like indi padashow samarajiva and sanjana hattotuwa (and lot of their suckerboys in kottu cocoon) are not hard to find out from their previous writings. they either remained silent or supported foreign interference (in fact some even called for it). they claimed such interference was made in good faith for our own good. they sometimes denigrate aggressive countering of such interference as mere conspiracy theory mongering, when in fact there is no theory involved but undeniable facts, which they ignore .

as i said in yesterday's post, their very frame of reference is limited and narrow. almost every one of them is also either directly or at second hand dependent on western funded ngos for their income.

anyway due to all those factors it is reasonable and justified to call them pro western slaves.

if anyone object to their being called pro westerns slaves by all mean answer the questions raised so that all can judge . :-)

challenge: name a single real news story that was censored in sri lanka recently

opposition propagandists and terrorist propagandists claim that sri lankans are not informed about what is happening in sri lanka bc news here is censored.

imo that is not so.

it can be argued, that not a single real news story, that would have passed a good editor in any reputable newspaper in west, was censored here.

please prove me wrong if you can.

as i always say to anyone who claims sri lankans are kept in the dark by government, go to the nearest newsstand (there are plenty everywhere ) and just read the headlines. not only real news, but unsubstantiated substandard stories, pro and against government/opposition/whatever are available to anyone. same with other media.

yes there was no story about election commissioner held at gun point on 27th, but that was not censorship, bc that never happened. same with sore loser sarath fonseka being 'under siege' and 'hotel arrest'.



to claim that these rumors were spread bc there was censorship of in mainstream independent media and there is a vacuum of information as one of official online unp/sf propagandists, indi 'padashow' samarajiva', does is false.

far from 'running media center for national security press releases', mainstream media in sl did report the facts truthfully. the false rumors were artificially created and spread on purpose to denigrate and undermine sri lanka and its democracy. indi padashow participated in that effort willingly and knowingly. he is now acting the sore loser like his masters' bc his artificial bubble of clueless hopes have burst.

my challenge to him or any anyone else making the same false claims about censorship : name a single properly substantiated news story that was not published in sri lanka recently in context and in proportion to its news value.

does that mean there is no censorship in sri lanka? no.

attempts at censorship (mostly ineffective) directed against false anti sri lanka propaganda did and is taking place. government is quite open about it.

government blocked the terrorist propaganda website, tamilnet in 2007. some of those who were spreading false rumors through sms texts in bulk on 25th and 27th clearly aimed at denigrating and undermining sri lanka, national security, and sri lankan democracy at that particular point of time have been arrested. formerly terrorist jvp's propaganda rag lanka raided and shut for a day was due to it publishing an article inimical to national security.

note that there was nothing unconstitutional or illegal in any of government actions. for example, police who raided lanka followed proper legal procedure and were armed with court orders, search warrants, etc. same court also allowed the paper to reopen.

however i would support use of legal force only if these ppl were either intending to use force, conspiring with those who did, or somehow engaging in activities that could very well result in harm to sri lankans (such as disclosing details of intelligence operations as alleged about lanka article). since investigations are continuing we don't know enough to judge specifically about recent actions.

i personally do not approve any kind of censorship, of news or of propaganda.

i believe in countering false propaganda by exposing the propagandists and their real loyalties to the world with evidence.

that is why when government blocked the terrorist propaganda website, tamilnet, i protested. even though i detest what that website is doing. i also helped literally thousands of ppl to counter the block bc my post is in top 10/20 search results for relevant keywords in google.lk. if the propagandists are allied to terrorists, their pro terrorist connections and lies should be exposed, whether they be tamilnet or groundviews. their racist ideologies and prejudices should be laid bare. eventually truth will triumph. tamilnet has lost all credibility. these days ppl visit it only to know how the terrorist pussies are spinning a particular story, not for facts. moju was deleted by sanjana when the criminal burden of its terrorist parroting lies became too much to sustain. note how sanjana hattotuwa is not maintaining an archive copy of moju site (even though he is maintaining such for various others).

if the propagandists were working to undermine national security and sri lankan democracy, and their actions do not go beyond mere propaganda, i would support and be satisfied with any effort to expose their lies and connections.

so when one of the online unp/sf propagandists, blogger indi 'padashow' samarajiva and same terrorist parrot sanjana hattotuwa' and their suckerboys like dinidu de alwis began to spread false rumors in blogosphere and in twitter on 25th and 27th (complementing their colleagues who were spreading the same lies in bulk offline through sms text etc.) principled thing to do was to expose them for what they are, as i said at the time.

in fact exposure of their lies, hypocrisy, bias and loyalties, based on their actions and facts should continue as long as they continue to engage in propaganda.


to conclude,

there is no news censorship in sri lanka, there was/are legal attempts underway to curb propagandist who may be undermining national security and democracy.

i do not believe in curbing even propagandists as long as they are nothing but propagandists. best way to counter propagandists is to expose them, their connections, and confront them with facts and reason .

vicious and vindictive sarath fonseka is living up to his personality. he is acting like a sore loser after the right royal trashing he got from sri lankan voters.

ask for confirmation and sources before believing .

truth and reason always triumphs in sun light. so get them to sunlight, to expose them for what they are; pathetic liars.

a person named gayan rajapakse was arrested by police for threatening mahinda buffalo yesterday. note the word "threat".

however some ppl chose to report the cause of arrest as "offensive and defamatory comments regarding the president and the secretary of defense". same newspaper (mirror) website in another report filed shortly after, which gave more details like name and hiding place of the person arrested, reported "arrested on charges of having used the internet to threaten president mahinda rajapaksa and defence secretary gotabhaya rajapaksa". also note that the suspect was produced before matale magistrate, who remanded him till 6th .

i personally think it is rather stupid to arrest all ppl who threaten the president. though there is nothing wrong in police investigating all threats of violence.

given we don't know the exact details of the case and severity of the threat, all we can wish for is that the correct legal process is followed. and that seems to be happening.

calling all conspiracy theorists: conspiracy theory needed to explain why "sinhalese government" want to hold "tamils" in "concentration camps"

sanjana hattotuwa (groundviews/infoshare) will give not 1 but 2 cameras for a successful conspiracy theory that explains why "sinhalese government" want to keep "tamils" in "illegal" "concentration camps"/"gulags" "indefinitely". furthermore since such a prize was deemed to be unethical and seem pander to selfishness, he would also donate big macs to next "tamil" "hunger striker" in britain protesting "sinhalese" government's treatment of tamils. by participating you can be both selfish and selflessly help the "cause" at the same time.while others mainly from formerly peacenik ngo community ranging from sanjana hattotuwa to indi.padashow have more or less accused government of wanting to keep "tamils" in "concentration camps"/"prisons" "indefinitely" they have failed to answer the question "why?". what does "sinhalese government" expect from this massive and expensive effort to keep 300,000 "tamils" in "gulags"?

your theory must answer that question bc others have failed miserably (so miserably that they are reduced to censoring "nuts" asking "why?" whenever they say this.) you must help stop their misery.

are the "tamils" going to be killed in a genocide? or sold in to slavery perhaps?

let your imagination run wild in order to effectively counter "propaganda" by "sinhalese government".
government claims that, what it calls "welfare villages", are required to house internally displaced persons (idp) until, damaged infrastructure is rebuilt (you know roads, schools, and police stations, etc.), land mines are cleared, and what they call "tamil tiger terrorist murderers" who have infiltrated are screened out. yes, nobody dedicated to the "cause" believes any of that; after all ltte selflessly developed infrastructure, never laid a mine, and all of them were martyred with their sainted leader. that, as sanjana hathutuwa testifies daily, is the holy truth . but remember average person is an idiot and easily misled by the might of highly competent "sinhalese government's" propaganda machine; look at the election results.

so help provide the "why"! help likes of sanjana hattotuwa to face that question "why" unflinchingly in future!

in addition to providing a comprehensive answer to the "why", the successful theory must follow the guidelines below. (read any post in groundviews.org or indi.ca on the subject, and observe how scrupulously they follow these guidelines.)

• ignore the legality of camps and their similarity to others camps for displaced people in emergency situations. you must try to make it appear that they are illegal by calling them "illegal" repeatedly and referring to ppl there as "imprisoned".
• you must always refer to what sri lankan government call "welfare villages" as "concentration camps". or if it is impossible to make the analogy given the total dissimilarity between say nazi concentration camps and these, you should refer to them as "camps similar to ones where united states government interned japanese americans during world war II", or "internment camps" for short. never mind that here too there are no similarities. most ppl have no idea about american incident, and you are free to assume that those who fall for conspiracy theories like this will not bother to check the accuracy of this analogy.
• you must not refer to the fact that hundreds of thousands "tamils" in east were resettled by the "sinhalese government". ignore the fact they too lived for months in "internment camps" before being resettled. you must completely ignore those camps and ppl, bc making any comparison will be counterproductive to success of conspiracy theory. follow the great example of indi.padashow who once railed against government for existence of 600,000 displaced in east (in reality fellow-traveler-for-the-cause, indi exaggerated, it was less than half of that), but who now deliberately ignore the government's resettlement of vast majority of them so that he can rail against government for keeping 300,000 displaced in camps in north. selective amnesia is a must for any self respecting conspiracy theorist.
• you are free make use of your imagination to exaggerate, or simply make up, the sufferings of "tamils" in these "internment camps". you can say they are malnourished (ignore all facts pointing otherwise and lack of food riots etc.); you can say they have no medicines ( ignore that there is no record of any above average incidents of disease, or any outbreaks of epidemics, so common in other emergency camps) , you can say there are abuses of all kinds (you don't have to substantiate any of them) , exaggerate the flooding ( ignore that it was minor and all those affected were quickly given shelter. do not refer to the fact that thousands of sri lankans outside the "camps"who were more severely affected by flooding (in this case and annually) would count it lucky to receive even half of the care given to those inside. etc etc.)
• you must not refer to active involvement of various united nations agencies in the management and funding of these "illegal prisons" as in other camps around the world from italy to africa . you have to ensure that questions like the following do not pop up in minds of consumers of the conspiracy theory; "if they are illegal and sinister, why is united nations paying for them?". while ppl receptive to such theories are on average ... idiots, that is no guarantee that such questions will not occur even to them.
• you must refer to ppl in camps as "tamils" without any qualifications and imply this is the fate of all tamils in sri lanka . on no account should you refer to millions of other tamils living in sri lanka who are not "imprisoned ".
• sri lankan government should be always referred to as either "sinhalese government" or "sinhalese dominated government". fact that majority of freely elected parliamentarians from all minority communities in sri lanka are in government should be ignored. do not even mention the "traitors" in tna once closely associated with our "departed comrades" and other militant groups, but now cooperating with government.

i have explained my real thoughts on idp camps several times elsewhere, but not in a post in this blog, so here is a brief,

i think screening for ltte operatives should be expedited and camps should be closed. ppl in them should be allowed to fend for themselves with no, or at most minimal, assistance. let them take their chances with failed infrastructure and land mines. government and other sri lankans are not obligated to provide welfare to these ppl over and above what others receive. i am in fact opposed to all welfare.

i think current sl government is acting in good faith but misguided. like all leftist governments they think they are doing good by trying to provide welfare to these ppl. they are wasting money in reality. they are unintentionally creating a dependant mindset, as they did with some victims of tsunami (few of those linger on camps even now to receive government welfare).

i also think that there is some individual corruption (always there when politicians and their appointees are allowed to spend public money), some purely political motives (to create a base for ruling party's political allies by "winning hearts and minds", and creating patronage relationships), and lots of red tape.

as such, i think sincere critics of these idp camps should focus on corruption, politics, and red tape involved, and ditch the silly conspiracy theories. no chance of that happening with insincere critics like sanjana or indi.

leaked letters by british justice secretary jack straw published yesterday has revealed that it was in fact uk government (as opposed to merely the scottish one as was originally claimed) that agreed to release of the convicted lockerbie bomber, abdelbaset ali mohmed al megrahi. release was linked to finalization of a libyan oil deal for british oil company bp.

sri lankans who have their eyes and ears open are certainly not surprised that british did another despicable blood for money, anti justice, anti human rights, deal. it is what they have always done with regard to tamil tiger terrorist murderers. they let organized racists affiliated with ltte to collect money unhindered, they support terrorist parroting ngos, they have failed to prevent, investigate, prosecute, or even condemn, racists in britain for hate mongering and attacking sri lankans there, and we know what happened during last days of terrorist pussies, british foreign secretary david miliband rushed here to save the mass murderers and with others called for a ceasefire to let murderers breath again.

all this resulted in more death and suffering to us, sri lankans.

all this was done to pander to large tamil diaspora (in which racist voices, affiliated with terrorists and supported by violence, drown out others) there. some labour party politicians in particular are dependent on diaspora support to get elected, especially since polls point to a defeat for labour party in coming election. same motives, now in the form ratings and ads, drive some media there to publish unverified and unsubstantiated fables to slander sri lanka and inflame racist hate against sri lankans.

while this travesty of justice with regard to lockerbie bomber was rightly exposed, the same media will not expose british sheltering and financing of tamil tiger terrorist murderers. lockerbie victims, mostly americans, and their friends, have influence (thank god) to balance interests of some uk politicians and businesses, we sri lankans have no such influence and unlikely to have any, as long as that racist dominated tamil diaspora can command votes and sri lanka is still a developing country.

that is why we sri lankans will do well not to expect justice and fairness from united kingdom in the near future, we can only expect hate, harm, and injustice, whatever we do.

we should not pander to their politicians or media as some born slaves here sometimes recommend by giving them access or by giving supposedly independent foreigners to investigate and judge human right cases here. they will not be independent and we will not get justice.

instead we should aggressively and frankly confront them with facts and ask them to substantiate their claims. we should not hesitate to expose their real motives and hypocrisy.

we sri lankans should not let these shameless hypocritical british helpers of terrorist murderers to preach to us about justice and human rights, uncontested.

paikiasothy saravanamuttu a "consistent, courageous, anti-racist voice"? facts say otherwise

in fact his public and substantiated actions indicate that he is on the contrary a consistent craven racist. and in accordance with those characteristics he acted as a lobbyist and apologist for ltte terrorist murderers.

i consider him a contemptible criminal; if anyone disagrees, they are free to read this post and dispute the reality and meaning of his actions i will highlight below. unlike others i do not censor anyone here.

sanjana hattotuwa's (cpa affiliated) groundviews blog which has been spouting out racist hate in one post after another with nothing to back their assertions, claims in its latest post that ngo centre of policy alternatives' (cpa) executive director, pakiasothy saravanamuttu, is "one of sri lanka’s most consistent, courageous, anti-racist voices". lol. btw the post is by one qadri ismail "associate professor of english at the university of minnesota." as usual with that site most of its approved writers and readers who are allowed to comment tend to be sri lankans living aboard.

[note- pakiasothy saravanamuttu recently alleged that he has received death threats. i do not approve any kind of illegitimate violence and condemn these threats, if real. however i remain highly skeptical about these threats. more like an attempt to get some attention and undeserved sympathy and money now that the racist cause he championed so consistently has lost.
i also condemn any effort by cpa, saravanamuttu,and others to link those peacefully but forcefully opposing their racist contemptible stands on many issues to these alleged threats.]

in opposition to grundviews' claim i will list only a few of his many, many, many, racist, anti-democratic, anti- justice, anti human rights, anti-freedom, actions here bc even those few will be enough to justify my first statements here.

• paikiasothy saravanamuttu consistently favored appeasement of terrorist tamil tigers, advocating giving these violent murderous racist pussies political power over millions, instead of supporting efforts to defeat them, with violence if needs be. is that courageous? is that anti racist?
• paikiasothy saravanamuttu wanted sri lanka to accept terrorist ltte as the sole representative of tamils in order for appeasement talks to begin, and spoke against those who opposed such a pre-condition for talks. nothing can be more racist and more anti-democratic, anti-justice, anti human rights, anti-freedom, than this claim of sole representatives status of murderers. but he wanted sri lanka to accept it. is that courageous and anti racist? is that anything but down right contemptible?
• he lobbied here and abroad on behalf of terrorist ltte. among many such lobbying efforts i will point to his opposition and attempts to prevent european union ban on tamil tigers. among other things ban made it a crime to collect money on behalf of ltte, which money was used by the terrorists to kill, oppress, and terrorize, sri lankans regardless of their ethnicity, and to fight sri lankan government's military. but he opposed the ban and gave blatantly spurious reasons for his stand on the issue. isn't that criminal for a sri lankan? is that anything but down right contemptible?

as i said before there are many many more such actions by him and his other ngo peacenik colleagues. and like those listed above they too are substantiated by public record during periods of their occurrence. but those posted above will be quite enough to oppose groundviews claims.

he of course has a right to engage in any non violent advocacy he wants. others similarly have a right to point out that what he advocates is racist and contemptible.

does anyone dispute the facts? they are free to do that here, if they can.

or will his defenders run from truth? and attack me for restating well known public facts that they cannot dispute?
